A natural person or a legal entity can become a member of the SAF. A precondition for the granting of membership is their approval of the Association’s statutes and the Association’s payment regulations. The award of membership is granted or not by the Executive Director based on the applicant’s completed written application. Membership in SAF officially arises once payment of the membership fee has been made. Each member is obliged to comply with the statutes and resolutions of the Association’s bodies. Members who are legal entities at the same time are to be represented by one representative exercising the member’s rights and obligations in all proceedings of the Association’s bodies.
