TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

An individual person or a legal entity can become a member of the AKU-BAT association. A prerequisite for granting membership is agreement with the association's statutes and the association's payment regulations. The executive director decides on the granting of membership on the basis of the applicant's completed written application.

Membership in AKU-BAT is officially created by paying the membership fee. Each member is obliged to comply with the statutes and resolutions of the association's bodies. Members who are legal entities at the same time are represented by one representative exercising the member's rights and obligations in the proceedings of the association's bodies.
